Department: Quality Control
Location: Bhubaneswar (Odisha, India)
Job Title: QA Executive
Type of Position: Full-time
Salary: As per industry standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Works with software and eLearning team to understand the quality requirements.
- Debugging the software and eLearning products vis-a-vis requirements documents & storyboards.
- Writing test cases and scenarios.
- Reporting bugs through different web-based bug tracking tool.
- Verification of fixes (regression) and signing off the product for release.
- Create trend analysis data based on bug-report and development team’s comments.
- Initiate discussion on improving existing processes/standards or creating new processes/standards to augment quality.
- Work closely with software and eLearning product development team to ensure delivery of quality product.
- Regular tracking & reporting of tasks and maintain time-sheets.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Sound knowledge in QA Process & Manual Testing.
- Knowledge in any testing tools.
- Foundation level ISTQB Certification is a plus.
- B.Tech/BCA/BSc. IT/MCA.
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience on bug tracking tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
