Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer
Type of Position: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for eLearning modules, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional assets.
  • Create visually appealing storyboards and style frames to plan motion sequences.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and Developers to convert learning concepts into compelling animated visuals.
  • Develop 2D/3D animations, transitions, and interactive visual effects that enhance learner engagement.
  • Edit video/audio content and integrate motion graphics seamlessly with other multimedia elements.
  • Ensure all motion graphics align with eLearning standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) and accessibility guidelines.
  • Optimize animations for multi-device delivery (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all deliverables.
  • Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and technologies to improve creativity and efficiency.
Eligibility:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ Years.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in motion design and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D/Blender, and relevant plug-ins.
    • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset creation.
    • Familiarity with audio editing software (Audition or similar) is a plus.
  • Creative Skills:
    • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video-based design work.
    • Excellent understanding of timing, pacing, visual storytelling, typography in motion, and colour theory.
    • Ability to translate concepts into impactful animated visuals.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt designs accordingly.
    • Good communication and collaboration skills.
