Job Title: Lead Generation Manager

Location:Noida (U.P.) & Bhubaneswar (Odisha)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Qualify leads and pass them to the business development team.
  • Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Monitor industry trends to refine targeting and outreach strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation KPIs and metrics.
Eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in eLearning or related industries.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
