Job Title: Lead Generation Manager
Type of Position: Full-time
Location:Noida (U.P.) & Bhubaneswar (Odisha)
Salary: As per industry standards.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the business development team.
- Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Monitor industry trends to refine targeting and outreach strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation KPIs and metrics.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in eLearning or related industries.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
