Location: National Capital Region (NCR) & Bhubaneswar (Odisha)
Salary: As per industry standards.
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in eLearning, L&D, EdTech, online training, software, or digital marketing industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a work-from-office profile.
The candidate should be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record in business development and sales.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in eLearning, EdTech, L&D, or digital industries.
- Strong network and industry knowledge in online education and training sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to company growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
