Job Title: Graphic Designer
Type of Position: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging eLearning course graphics, including layouts, templates, icons, and illustrations aligned with instructional content.
- Create UI designs and interactive elements that enhance learner engagement and understanding.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and Developers to transform learning concepts into effective visual solutions.
- Develop graphics, infographics, and animations for online training modules, simulations, and assessments.
- Ensure that all visual elements follow eLearning standards (SCORM/AICC/XAPI) and accessibility guidelines.
- Adapt designs for responsive learning content (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile).
- Maintain brand consistency across all eLearning deliverables.
- Stay updated on eLearning design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve course aesthetics and usability.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience required: 2+ Years.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across different mediums.
- Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt designs accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
